Ti pretendo, Raf's hit from the album Cosa resterà degli anni 80, the overall winning track of the 1989 Festival Bar edition, returns in a new version for the Giancarlo Bigazzi in Lounge project interpreted by the charming voice of Silvia Mezzanotte, with the arrangement by Papik and Peter De Girolamo who we also find on bass and acoustic piano.
On drums Luca Trolli, Simone “Federicuccio” Talone on percussion, Alfredo Bochicchio on guitar and Massimo Guerra flugelhorn and trombone.

"When I heard that Giovanni Bigazzi (creator of the project) was looking for me, I immediately said yes. The idea of being part of such a beautiful story, celebrating ‘In Lounge’ the wonderful songs of Giancarlo Bigazzi won me over immediately. This track is the third chapter of the Giancarlo Bigazzi in Lounge project: a series of musical revisitations, a progressive journey of rediscovery, with the aim of creating a new sound to some tracks from the boundless repertoire of hits by the great Bigazzi.

To celebrate, 40 years after the release of Self Control written by Giancarlo Bigazzi, Raf and Steve Piccolo in 1984, this great worldwide hit with a new interpretation by Nicole Magolie. On September 5, 2024 on the occasion of the birthday of Giancarlo Bigazzi who was born in 1940, the second chapter Giancarlo Bigazzi in Lounge feat. Franco Simone - Un Colpo Al Cuore was released.
